Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern the public corporate website and only those Amifi services that expressly adopt them. Product subscriptions, private pilots and future B2B services may have separate terms. Product pages describe current availability and do not create a purchase, advisory or service commitment.

2. Product stages

Amifi currently presents five product directions: Money Tracker, Partner Tracker, Guide Layer, Business Finance Engine and Vibe Logic Layer. Their pages identify whether a product is in private testing, a private-stage service, commercial validation, development or concept testing. Future, disabled or coming-soon capabilities are not promised as current.

3. Informational boundaries

Money Tracker and website information are informational software and content. They do not provide investment recommendations, buy/sell/hold instructions, market predictions, tax advice or legal advice, and do not replace a qualified professional. Partner Tracker is a bounded attribution service, not a wallet, payout service or universal measurement platform.

4. Enquiries and service agreements

A website form expresses interest or requests a conversation. Acceptance, pricing, service levels, integration responsibilities, data roles and support obligations require separate confirmation or contract where applicable. Amifi may decline or close a request that is outside scope, unsafe, unlawful or unsupported.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or services, interfere with security, impersonate another person or Amifi identity, submit malicious code, scrape or overload services contrary to applicable law, or submit passwords, banking credentials, third-party customer data or confidential material through public forms.

6. Privacy and security

Amifi applies scoped technical and organizational controls appropriate to the service. No system is guaranteed error-free or completely secure. Data handling is described in the current Privacy Policy and any product-specific notice. Users remain responsible for protecting their devices, credentials and lawful authority to provide information.

7. Intellectual property

Amifi™ and the Amifi logo are proprietary intellectual property of Amit Kumar Singh, Founder of Amifi. Amifi Fintech Labs Private Limited uses the brand in connection with Amifi products and services under founder ownership.

Software, visual designs, original content, documentation and other intellectual property are protected under applicable law. No licence to reproduce, imitate or commercially exploit them is granted except as these Terms, applicable law or the lawful owner’s written permission expressly allows.

8. Third-party services and links

Links and integrations may involve independent services with their own terms, availability and privacy practices. Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Amifi is not responsible for an independent service beyond obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Availability and changes

Preview, testing and validation-stage services may change, pause or end. Amifi will avoid presenting unavailable functions as current and will provide notice where a material change requires it. Website availability is not guaranteed continuously.

10. Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amifi is responsible only within the scope of the service or agreement actually provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer, privacy or other rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Applicable law and contact

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the operative entity, user and service. Mandatory jurisdictional rights continue to apply, and disputes are handled by a competent forum unless a separate signed agreement lawfully provides otherwise. Questions can be sent through Support.

12. Changes and prior versions

Material revisions are dated when published. Prior legal text remains preserved in repository or operational history. Continued use after an effective update is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
