1. Website operator and scope

This website is operated by Amifi LLC, QFC No. 05540, Office No. 4, Floor No. 9, QFC Tower 1, Doha, Qatar. Amifi LLC is licensed by the Qatar Financial Centre Authority.

These Terms govern use of the public corporate website, its product information and its enquiry forms. They do not by themselves create a paid subscription, private pilot, API/SDK licence or other commercial service agreement.

2. Product stages

Amifi presents five financial-software product directions: Money Tracker for consumers, and Partner Tracker, Guide Layer, Business Finance Engine and Vibe Logic Layer for financial-services organisations. Their pages identify private testing, private-stage service, commercial validation, development or concept status. A concept, future capability or validation page is not a promise that a product or feature is available.

3. Software and information boundary

Amifi provides software tools and general information, not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. The website does not recommend securities, provide buy/sell/hold instructions, execute trades, hold or custody assets, manage portfolios, provide banking or payment services, or guarantee financial results. Product information does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

4. Enquiries and service agreements

A website form expresses interest or requests a conversation. Acceptance, pricing, service levels, integration responsibilities, data roles and support obligations require separate confirmation or contract where applicable. Amifi may decline or close a request that is outside scope, unsafe, unlawful or unsupported.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or services, interfere with security, impersonate another person or Amifi identity, submit malicious code, scrape or overload services contrary to applicable law, or submit passwords, banking credentials, third-party customer data or confidential material through public forms.

6. Privacy and security

Amifi applies scoped technical and organizational controls appropriate to the service. No system is guaranteed error-free or completely secure. Data handling is described in the current Privacy Policy and any product-specific notice. Users remain responsible for protecting their devices, credentials and lawful authority to provide information.

7. Intellectual property

Amifi™, the Amifi logo and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any brand, software, content or other material.

No licence to reproduce, imitate or commercially exploit protected material is granted except as these Terms, applicable law or the relevant rights holder’s written permission expressly allows.

8. Third-party services and links

Links and integrations may involve independent services with their own terms, availability and privacy practices. Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Amifi is not responsible for an independent service beyond obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Availability and changes

Preview, testing and validation-stage services may change, pause or end. Amifi will avoid presenting unavailable functions as current and will provide notice where a material change requires it. Website availability is not guaranteed continuously.

10. Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amifi is responsible only within the scope of the service or agreement actually provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer, privacy or other rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Applicable law and contact

These website Terms do not choose or alter the governing law of a future paid service; that will be stated in its separate agreement. Website use remains subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of a competent court. Nothing limits mandatory rights that applicable law does not permit Amifi LLC to exclude. 12. Deferred transactional terms

DEFERRED — TRANSACTIONAL TERMS STAGE: Google Play and other subscription contracts, seller-of-record allocation, payment gateways, cancellation and refund mechanics, tax invoicing, legacy-user arrangements and paid API/SDK terms are outside this website-only update. The applicable terms must be presented before any such transaction; this page does not invent or settle them.

13. Changes and prior versions

Material revisions are dated when published. Prior legal text remains preserved in controlled repository or operational history. Continued use after an effective update is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
