Amifi™ Trademark, Logo and Intellectual Property Notice
Protection and permitted-use boundaries for the Amifi name, device mark, visual identity and original materials.
Last updated: 21 August 2026 · Effective upon publication on amifi.in
Founder ownership and protected identity
Amifi™, the Amifi name, the Amifi logo, the Amifi device mark and the associated visual identity are proprietary trademarks, brand assets and intellectual property of Amit Kumar Singh, Founder of Amifi. All rights are reserved.
This notice also applies, according to the rights available under applicable law, to distinctive graphical elements, approved brand presentation, product and application identities, original website and software-interface designs, social and share assets, documentation, content and other original Amifi materials.
Amifi Fintech Labs Private Limited and other Amifi operating entities use the Amifi brand under founder ownership. This notice does not state or imply that the Indian company or any future entity owns the mark.
Logo, device mark and unauthorized adaptations
No licence or permission is granted to copy, trace, redraw, reproduce, imitate, adapt, modify, adopt, register or commercially exploit the Amifi™ name, the Amifi logo, associated product identities or confusingly similar brand assets except with the rights holder’s prior written permission.
Changing colours, proportions, typography, orientation, spacing, graphical elements or other visual details does not by itself make an imitation permissible where the resulting identity is likely to cause confusion, imply an association with Amifi, constitute an unauthorized adaptation or otherwise misappropriate protected Amifi intellectual property.
This restriction applies to unauthorized activity carried out directly or on behalf of another person or organization, including work performed by designers, developers, agencies, freelancers, contractors, intermediaries and other service providers. It does not prohibit discussion or the independent creation of an unrelated identity that does not copy, imitate, create confusing similarity or suggest a false association with Amifi.
Confusingly similar commercial and digital identities
No person may use or seek to register a confusingly similar company name, product name, application name or icon, domain or subdomain, social-media handle or profile graphic, developer or app-store identity, GitHub or package identity, online-marketplace identity, advertising identity, logo or other commercial identifier in a manner likely to cause confusion, imitate Amifi or suggest unauthorized affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or connection.
Amifi does not claim ownership of generic words, unrelated designs or every combination containing similar letters. The concern is unauthorized copying, imitation, confusing similarity, passing off, false association, misrepresentation or unauthorized commercial exploitation in the circumstances.
Public assets and brand use
Amifi brand assets made technically available through this website are provided only for authorized editorial, integration or other expressly permitted use. Availability of an asset for viewing or download does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, imitate, register or commercially use the Amifi name, logo or device mark.
No commercial relationship by itself grants permission to place the Amifi logo on another website, create a co-branded logo, combine it with another identity, alter its colours or proportions, or claim an “Official Amifi Integration”, “Amifi Partner” or “Powered by Amifi” status. Any future badge, partner mark or brand licence requires founder-approved artwork and written usage terms.
Trademark status
The Amifi device mark is the subject of Indian Trade Mark Application No. 6794057 in Class 42. The official IP India public-search extract dated 21 August 2026 identifies Amit Kumar Singh as proprietor and records the status as Accepted & Advertised in Trade Mark Journal 2265 dated 15 June 2026. Accepted & Advertised does not mean registered, so Amifi uses the ™ symbol and not the registered-mark symbol.
Copyright and other rights
Trademark and device-mark protection is distinct from copyright, design, contractual and other rights. Original website copy, layouts, illustrations, diagrams, product screenshots, software interfaces, social assets and documentation may be protected to the extent provided by applicable law and their provenance. No unsupported claim is made that every element, including every AI-assisted asset, carries exclusive copyright protection.
Unauthorized use may be challenged through appropriate trademark, passing-off, copyright, design, unfair-competition, domain-name, platform, contractual or other remedies available under applicable law. The lawful rights holder reserves the rights and remedies available in the circumstances without claiming registration or overstating any statutory remedy.
Third-party names and services
Third-party names, marks and services belong to their respective owners. References to Google Play, Android, Hashnode, Cloudflare, Atlassian or other services describe interoperability or service use and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Report suspected misuse or request permission
To report suspected unauthorized use, impersonation or confusing use of the Amifi name or logo, email [email protected] or use Support. Identify the relevant mark or work, URL and factual basis. Do not send confidential product information, passwords, customer data or legal identity documents through a general email.
Reports are reviewed case by case. This website does not send automated warnings, complaints or accusations, and publication of this notice does not predetermine whether any particular third-party use is unlawful.
Nothing on this website, in Amifi software, documentation, media or other materials grants a licence or right to use Amifi intellectual property unless permission has been expressly provided in writing.
