1. Introduction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to digital subscription services offered by Amifi ("Amifi", "we", "us", or "our") through the Amifi mobile application and website.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time from within the Amifi app or by writing to [email protected]
• Cancellation stops future renewals only. You will continue to have access to the subscribed plan until the end of the current billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annual), after which the subscription will not renew.
• Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless explicitly covered under our refund conditions below.

3. Refund Policy

As Amifi provides digital services with instant access to premium features, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

All subscription fees are non-refundable, whether for weekly, monthly, or annual plans.

We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time, early cancellation, change of mind, or accidental purchases.

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate or multiple charges for the same billing period due to a verified technical error.
• Charges levied after a documented cancellation, where the user provides verifiable proof and the charge is confirmed as an error.
• Any situation where a refund is specifically required by applicable law or regulation.

Approval or rejection of exceptional refunds is at the sole discretion of Amifi Fintech Labs.

If your subscription was purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, any refund request must follow the respective store’s refund process and policies, and Amifi may not be able to process such refunds directly.

4. Trial Periods

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted trial periods. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.

Refunds are not provided for charges incurred after a trial period if the subscription was not cancelled before the trial ended.

5. Subscription Modifications

We may update subscription pricing, features, or plan structures from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via the website, app, or email.

Existing subscribers will be informed in advance of any material changes that affect their current plan, in accordance with applicable laws.
